The Licking County Family YMCA Sharks Swim Team is supported by a parent organization made up of officers, committee chairs and the membership at large. It is the goal of the organization to support the team through social activities, fundraising, running the meets, and administrative responsibilities such as registration, bookkeeping, and communication to the membership. We need your support, and ask that all parents/guardians volunteer in the following capacities throughout the season:
Work the Invitational hosted by the LCFY Sharks on 10/30-10/31.
Volunteer at all home swim meets, and away swim meets for which there are volunteer requirements of our team, if you have a swimmer participating in the meet.
Volunteer for our Team’s job at the YMCA SEOWV League Championship meet(s).
Participate in our Team Fundraising Activities.
Volunteer for a committee, committee chair, or officer position as your skills and time allow.
Assist with other Team events and activities, including but not limited to: Award banquets, Pre-Championship Pasta Dinners, Group and Team parties and special events, etc
The Coaches and the Officers of the Parent Board, THANK YOU for the time and effort devoted to the Licking County Family YMCA Sharks!
We all play a very important role in the success of your child in this program. Let’s all do our part to make it the best it can be!
